Shipping Policy
Pre-Orders
A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centres. You can still order these products and we will ship your order as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to the specified date on the product page.
Shipping and Delivery
- Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery within New Zealand usually takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
- We primarily use Post Haste for New Zealand deliveries.

Important Notes
- Shipping timeframes are based on the advertised dispatch date. For pre-orders, the dispatch date is approximate and shown on the product page.
- During sales and peak periods, expect extended dispatch times.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection guarantees replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier. If you decline Shipping Protection, we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen orders. You can apply Shipping Protection at checkout.
Return Policy
We offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered/received.
Eligibility
- Your return must be initiated and posted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in 'as new' condition, including original packaging, swing tags, boxes, ribbons, and any specialty wrapping.
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please contact us here to initiate your return and quote your order number or email address used to place the order.
- You'll receive instructions on how to package and post your return.
Please Note
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot refund shipping charges.
- If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. The items you keep will be charged at the current sale price, and your refund will reflect the difference.
