How to Measure



Finding Your Dog’s Fit?

The process is easy! Just follow these simple steps outlined below. Don't forget to keep some treats close by for extra encouragement! 

How to measure your dog

Chest measurement:

Measure from behind their front legs to the top middle of their back (where the shoulder blades are) for the broadest part of their chest.

Keep in mind where the products would usually sit on their bodies chest is measured 1cm below armhole.

Allow a finger's width of room between the measuring tape and your pet to get a snug fit. We recommend sizing up if your dog is in-between sizes for growth or increase in coat thickness.

    Not the Quality I Expected from Oodie

    In general, I love my Oodies. I have three original Oodies and they are fantastic. However, the pet Oodie was very disappointing.

    I bought it for my hairless cat, who is always stealing our Oodies for warmth, expecting it to be a smaller version of the same high-quality product made for humans. Unfortunately, she hated it.

    The materials feel cheap and are nothing like the human version. The quality is far below what I expected from the brand. Very disappointed with this product.

    Size is way off, I bought two for my miniature poodle, went off the size chart and measured my pup, the coats don't even fit at all, I could not even get his legs in and he is only 7 months old, very disappointing 😑

    My poor dog looks like she's been vacuum-sealed into it!

    I bought an XL dog coat and honestly, the sizing is wildly off! As you can see, it’s incredibly tight and way too short on my petite Greyhound — to the point where it looks uncomfortable and restrictive rather than cosy. The length is too short, the body is too snug, and the hood barely fits over the head. I know Greyhounds can be a 'weird' fit due to their noodle horse qualities but this is ridiculous! Yes I did use the size chart to measure but the product is nothing like the measurements listed.
